This boutique hotel was designed inside an existing historic firehouse in San Diego, CA. The design concept was based on a contemporary loft appeal. I used the existing brick walls, wood flooring, and concrete columns to portray this design concept. The hotel included a lobby, restaurant, bar, guest rooms, offices, fitness center, spa and outside patio. The logo was incorporated throughout the space to help unify the design concept. A budget was kept and given to the client monthly. Specifications were done for every space and materials were chosen from a commercial perspective. All space planning was completed in CADD and renderings were done in Photoshop.
